Privacy policy

Who we are

IcePitch Studios is a trading name of Freelander Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16219233), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. We provide AI avatar video production, and for data protection purposes Freelander Solutions Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: icepitchstudios@gmail.com.

What we collect

Enquiry details you submit (name, work email, company website, and what you tell us). For clients, the photos, voice sample and any material needed to build and produce your avatar, provided with your written consent. Basic analytics data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare a plan and quote, deliver the service, and meet our legal obligations. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use a small number of trusted processors to run the site and respond to enquiries:

  • Cloudflare — website hosting, content delivery and spam protection (Turnstile).
  • Resend — delivering enquiry and sample-request emails to us.
  • Google Analytics — anonymised, consent-based usage analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies).
  • Calendly — booking calls when you choose a time on our contact page.
  • AI avatar production tools — used to create your avatar and videos from the photos and voice sample you provide, under written consent.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you can request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to certain processing. UK and EU visitors have rights under UK GDPR and EU GDPR. California and other US residents have rights such as access and deletion. To exercise any right, email us.

Likeness and avatar data

We only ever build an avatar of a person who has given written consent, we never reuse it for anyone else, and we delete source data and the avatar on request. See our AI ethics policy.

Retention

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to respond and for our records, and client material for as long as we provide the service or until you ask us to delete it.

Cookies

See our cookie policy. Analytics load only after you accept.

Complaints

You can complain to your data protection regulator. In the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
