Our services

IcePitch Studios is a trading name of Freelander Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales (company no. 16219233), registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. Freelander Solutions Ltd produces AI avatar videos under a separate service agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, revisions, timelines and fees. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; plans and quotes are provided individually.

Consent and likeness

We only produce avatars of people who have given written consent. You confirm you have the right to provide any material you send us and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Intellectual property

The site design and content are ours or used under licence. Clients own their avatar and the videos we deliver, as set out in the service agreement.

Liability

We provide the site "as is" and, to the extent permitted by law, exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
